This leader invests heavily in their induction training in order to
equip new staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to start their

CONDITIONS OF WORK:
* We have a range of positions available in Limerick city.
* This role is a real opportunity to make a difference is one
person?s life.
* The successful candidate will have some experience of supporting a
person in their own home and working in partnership with the family.
* We work in partnership with all team members to ensure the rota
reflects both the needs of the leader but also the needs of the team.
There is immense flexibility in this post.
* The successful candidate will need to be in a position to work
some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
* If you are a motivated individual, with drive to succeed and are
passionate about providing excellence in care and enablement, then

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Qualification of minimum level 6 social care degree or alternative
to include social work, social science, psychology, youth and
community work, teaching or nursing.
* Minimum of two years' experience in Social Care/Community or other
relevant areas
* Have a full driving license and be willing to drive a company car.
* Excellent Communication skills
* Strong values and person-centred approach
* Must be enthusiastic, resilient, energetic, and proactive
